got this fish from the wet spot in portland who no doubt imported her from somewhere in South america most likely peru. Jex grew her to near adult form and she then made a plane trip across the country to DC and FedEx got her to my doorstep. Quite a traveler this fish but has found a forever home in my community tank. I love pim cats and this ornatus is an archetype of their behavior and looks.

My current groups are skittish as hell. Breeding group of smudge spot 11 of adults and 6 juvies and 9 napo cories skittish no matter what tanks I put them in. I used to have various species even pgymy cories dont remember them being skittish at all. So guess it depends on the individual fish if one scaredy cat then everyone else reacts like dominoes lol
Micro cats are my favorite. First ones I had were banjos. I want to add some to the 220 but I think they would get eaten or starve. I do have a mini bumble bee cat though.
One of them that I would like to get in a mini tank is Hara Jerdoni. Others include Yellow Bullhead Catfish, Bloch’s Catfish, Ripsaw, and some Pleco’s, which are L-273 (Red Titanic Pleco) and L-048 (Golden Cloud Pleco)
