Hey xrayer, can I see more pics of the piece that hook onto the toilet seat? I am interested in making an effective ghetto tool. Lol

The "hook" is a 90degree metal bracket, typically used for reinforcing wood corners. I just bent one end up to another 90degree angle and hot glued it to the pvc. Then I just used a few zip ties to really secure it into place. The hose is runned through the pvc and secured with gobs and gobs of hot glue. I've had this rig for a couple of years now without issues.
The adhesive was actually Shoe-Goo not hot glueView attachment 1154079

I, personally, just do not want my hose in the toilet water.....but that's just meNot sure why you need a DIY gadget to hook the hose into the toilet. The weight of the toilet seat will be sufficient to hold the hose tight. You gain a few more inches of gravity by submerging the hose into the toilet water than to lay it level with the seat.
Agreed! LoLI, personally, just do not want my hose in the toilet water.....but that's just me
