I've had my 48" fixture since summer and no complaints yet. Added 2 36" fixtures to run with the 48 on my 72*30*25 and its perfect, far from dim but not overly bright like t5ho.

I just picked up the satellite + over the weekend myself and absolutely love it. Cheaper than Marineland and 200 times better. What are them little lights you have mounted individually? Are they some ki d of lunar led? Tank looks great though

Here's a pic of my 135gal (72x18x25) with the 48" Sat+ fixture. The pic shows the 6500k/rose pink setting selected and dimmed a bit.

After reading all this good feedback I think ill be ordering a couple of these soon. My only concern is the tanks are sitting side by side will I be able to adjust each light on each tank or will one remote do it all? I guess either way im in lol

I believe one remote can control them all, the lights have an IR sensor which you will need to point at when operating, in order to avoid changing lighting at the same time id space the IR sensors apart.

Hey guys did some snooping and couldnt find out, these guys dimmers? Probably a dumb question w/ all the options on em, im sure they have a dim setting

You guys think these would help breeding? Since some fish are triggered by the rainy season to do so, and these have effects such as lightning and cloud cover, both of which are a typical rainy season thing
