Few shots of one of the baby jags I got Dec 16.

Couple shots of my marbled ancistrus when I picked them up last month.

Couple of the marbles are just now starting to come out of hiding, only time I see them is if I take all the wood out to change the layout of my tank.

sweet baby cons.. your jag babied are beautiful..how many do you have? Have you an idear of sex.. one picture looked like a female.. because it looked like my female young one.. she just had eggs for the first time even though she is only 3 inches big.. i doubt if the eggs would have developed...

I just finished writing you a whole lot of comments and somehow they went poof.. so i have to start all over... the con babies are cuties and your jag babies are absolutely gorgeous.. what sex do u think they are.. i am guessing that the second pix looks like a female because she looks alot like mine that is 3 inches and just had eggs..although probably not mature enough to develope.. very nice pics ..thank you..Liz;)

Thanks :)

I have no idea on sex, I was guessing male because of how fast it's growing compared to the other one. I'll try and get a shot of the two of them together but the smaller one hides whenever it sees the camera.
The second and third pics are of the same Jag a couple weeks apart.

I found your original comments in the quote just under the con pic and it's just the 2 jags...for now :D

Thanks for letting me know where my comments went  That would really be nice to see the two baby jags together.. hope you can do it..;) but don't stress them or you over it.. I love Jag babies.. ;)

was able to get a shot of them together facing me, not the best but it's a start :D was also able to get a side view of the smaller one.

Here are the pics.

And I lucked out with the camera opportunities as one of my baby marbled ancistrus in the other tank didn't "run" from the camera :D Only downside is I had to use flash on these pics to help notice the little guy on the wood

your pics are so clear..love those baby jags.. they look so beautiful already..so much color.. i really cannot tell what sex they are ..they are so filled with color and good pattern i want to say male.. but we have to wait a bit and see.. i really hpe you have one of each because they are growing up together and would be beautiful parents.. keep me posted.. :)

I'm hoping for a m/f combo as well.

I lucked out in the feeding department, both these guys gobble up anything I put in the tank and have since I got them.

My camera is the Kodak Z740, I bought it for the 10x zoom and pricetag, left me more money for fish stuff :D

Nice lookin jag. Didn't know they laid eggs @ that size.

Here's a pic of my little angel, few months old

Sweet little ANGEL!! WE have lot's of angels and will always have them..so peaceful and serene.. thanks..my jag baby sure surprised me..when she had eggs.. but if you notice your jag is suddenly spending alot of time in cave and not eating much that is because they are maturing and trying to lay eggs.. after a few days they get back to normal because they are wayyyyy too young..I think having the male green terror in with her may have forced her to be mature earlier then usual... She thought he was her type.. but he did not want anything to do with her or her eggs.. but they get along wonderful...lol.... for me the quessing was over, i had a female to go with this handsome boy someday..{under very watchful eye} since they are not growing up together as yours are, and i love this baby alot ..and would never want him to hurt her..
