Any suggestions on what to do colours very faded swims only on an incline and won't eat gills apear to be a bit swollen doesn't look like he will make it through the night without help

How's ur water parameters? Whats ur temp? Pump for aeration?

Do a 50% wc now with a conditioner and add some salt 1tsp per gallon. Post some pics and hope it makes it.

Tried the 50% water change and the other bass in with him is fine got the temp up to 85 sadly he didn't make it through the night
