Sick Flowerhorn

possibly drop the tank temperature but I would have a vet come check it out cause it could be dropse4ye or hole in the head disease sorry about your flowerhorn good luck

She already looked into it and she would have to take him to a Vet that is 2 hrs away. She doesn't want to put him through all that traveling.
 
Lot of good advice here, adding salt, keeping the temp lower (many infectious bacteria are more virulent at water temps in the 80s), lots of water changes.
I must admit I have never been successful treating Pop Eye once at the stage of your last photo, and would probably consider the fish terminal.
(BTW, I also have do DNR paperwork made up for myself, in case of catastrophic accident, something debilitating, and so my wife, or sons don't have to take that responsibility on themselves)

This is what my friend would like to know.
I don’t know. I guess I need to know if I keep treating with Erythromiacin or not. If I treat with aquarium salt or epsom salt at the same time as the meds. I don’t know what I should do. Do I move him to the 20g and start over. Omg! I have no idea!
