Silver vs. Black

thats a highly opinionated statement. i happen to believe blacks are a lot prettier than silvers as adults, but that is just my opinion just wanted to point out that you should mention something is your opinion before stating it

sorry forgot to state that it was my opinion lol i just think Silvers are better because mines are real bright silver lol and i do have a black,the silver outgrew my black lol

i dont suggest you get black,because when hey get big they just look like silvers but darker scale,blue tail and look uglier b/c most dont have barbels

speak for your own aro's son...mine's at about 18" and still is way more colorful than my 12" or 26" silver....

Black are actually look more beautiful than silver as they don't get drop eye. Reason why becuase they don't have barbels because probably because of the mishandling of the fish or the barbels were damage. Their barbels are the same as other arowanas.

well my silvers dont have DE yet and they look amazingly shiny silver lol,
