I'm 18
usually get to bed around 11-12pm and get up at 7:00am on school days, 5:30am on saturdays, and 8:30am on sundays
I usually feel pretty good all day
I'm 29. I go to bed at 2:30- 3:00 am and wake up at 7:00 am. Probably about 50% of the time, I take a 1-2 hour nap after work. I can't sleep for long periods of time.
I find it easier to sleep 3 to 4 hours a night, then sleep a good 15 hours one day out of the week. Keeps your mind sharp. Many of the great minds of the past slept only a few hours at a time.
