THEY WIPED THE SERVERS ! you have got to be kidding meI heard that no motion was made to dismiss and that the state attorney wiped the files off of the server so there's no record of his arrest and indictment.
I am hoping their IT guys made an extra backup copy that they're not telling people about just to cover their asses in case they get in trouble over something they didn't do.
As an IT guy I used to make extra backups and keep them in my own safe. This was unknown to the company and certainly would have been frowned upon, but of course I was thinking about my own convenience. Company policy be damned.
.....and then there is the stuff that CPD quickly released under protection of the Freedom of Information Act.The records were all sealed by Foxx.
I'm now 99% sure that records were actually deleted.
But I'm 100% sure it's nearly impossible to remove everything, everywhere.
Forensic science is amazing.
Criminals are stupid.
LOL!....I would like to see her arrested for tampering.....by accident.Foxx now claims the "sealing" was done by accident.
Cant believe im about to say this but emanuel so far is saying all the right things.Emanuel says he intends to send Smellit a bill for the total amount that CPD has spent on the case.
