snail infestation

I do not understand how people get snail problems. I try to keep snails in my tank and they are eaten. I went to the pet store to get some snails as treats for my fish.

SO MANY fish eat snails. YES most loachs will eat snails. A few yoyo loach would do the trick. My tetras eat tiny snails my EBJD loves them I saw him eat a big one. My plecos like them too. Oh yeah my Betta will eat them if they are small enough. All my fish eat snails. What kind of fish do you keep?

Cut back on how much food you are feeding. Over feeding leads to snail problems. Clean your gravel Really well Don't EVER let food sit around.

1 Feed less
2 clean more
3 get some fish like like to eat snails.

Follow those 3 things and you will never see another snail in your tank again.

i have two betta ( they are together and get along just fine )

so i don't know what can go in a ten gallon that will eat snails

Try to get a hold of assassin snails. If not, you can just drain and reclean the whole tank as a last resort.

I'm going to need snails soon, my tank is growing algae again.
