we are all experts in our own way in keeping fish but YOU should really listen to us who actually have/or kept a snakehead. We are trying to give u good advice so you don't make a mistake of wiping out your tank or a baby snakehead who's going to get added on a tank full of Big fish who will consider it just another feeder fish.

its your fish and you can do what you want, but just telling you that all of us SH owners warned you.

read other posts about how other ppl's snakeheads are in a TANK by themselves. specially RED line.

if yours redline are able to live soner or later they gone start killing all other fish you can bet on that, your 3 red gone nead a biger tank in 2 years . they eat a lot , grow faster than the others you have so get ready. and dont brag about ,you live in the states so that can get you into trouble .

yes still very agressive ,is able to eat a lot and groing . took apic whit a frog in is jaws . eat 2 full green frogs today.dont now i my pics dont upload into my pics

ok plz listen to what i am saying.. i have had many and several predatory fish.. for one i would not add a baby snakehead to a tank of large predators [holly common sense batman] and 2 when it is big its not going to wipe out my other fish... the dorado was voted the meanest and toughest freshwater fish in the world.. i also have a 24 inch arrowanna who has the potential to grow to 48 inches.. right now my dorado arrow gar are in a 240..redlines grow fast .. so he will be in a 125 until i believe he is big enough to put with my other fish in the 240... now that being said if u scroll back to my other post .. i mentioned when i feel its the right time i will upgrade to a 500 gallon but hopefully a 700 gallon. i have a pond behind my house and i catch bluegill and silversides all day long... right now i feed them to my pirahna in the 75 gallon..small bluegills are fed to my dorado . and i go through 2 full bags of krill a month feeding the gar and arrow.. also have a 55 gallon with a payara and blue lobster in it.. also have breeding cichlid tank. 55 gallon.. have 1 20 gallon and 2 10 gallons to house the batches of babies my electric yellows have.. im getting 40 babies per batch. lfs gives me 3 dollers a piece for them figure the math.. i dont use any money out of my back pocket for food and upkeep on all my large tanks.... if u can successfully breed any fish and get a decent peny for them then i would advise..
