2 of the same exact trigger is not the best idea. It can happen but not advised, i would roll with a grouper. Though make sure your aware this tank will need to be moved to a bigger one , thats how i did it. The chances of your snowflake reaching 3ft are very slim.

Well it is small right now. i understand when it gets big i need a new tank

Ok

So at what size do you think it will be a good time to move it to a bigger tank? My plan is to have a house with in the next year or so then I can get a nice BIG tank :) As my tank is on the 3 rd floor of a condo right now lol and I live in california and the ground out here shakes from time to time. I would hate for the guy under us to get a nice bath of saltwater sometime.. ha ha ( oh shhh I think we cant have fish tanks here ha ha)

anyone daring or stupid enough to handfeed a five foot green deserves to be bitten. thats suicide of the fingers

Very old thread...but I cant agree with this...

ALL animals deserve respect.

I have hand fed everything from electrophorus electro to sharks.

Be careful, be respectful...work within the rules and you can be fine.

Eels have bad vision though, and accidents can happen.
