I've lost one. He was a little guy that managed to get through the one gap in the tank. I had a towel over it but he landed on the trim of the tank and died there.

sorry for the late late reply lol. yah it was a chips ahoy chocolate chip cookie. when i got home it was just cloudy as hell and all the fish were dead.
