Sausage stuffing, Manacotti and braciolo. I leave the Turkey, sweet potatos and the other stuff for everybody else I don't eat that.

Leftovers for making turkey salad sandwiches, lightly toasted bread a layer of sausage stuffing and of course the turkey salad. I have been known to straight up sneak into my Mom's house for late night raids. Scared both parents more then a couple of times with unannounced midnight snacking since it's hard to identify yourself when your mouth is full.

Sounds like an old buddies mother..She prepares a ton of different dishes for T day but none of the traditional fare.

Sweet potato casserole and gumborfrom the leftover turkey.

I'm quite partial to Catfish myself, I just hope you're not eating your aquatic companions! I enjoy turkey, with a nice heaping side of peas and potatoes.

I like the side dishes more than the turkey.

am I the only one that doesn't like turkey. i'll have a few slices of the breast and that's it

I only like the dark meat as the breast area is usually too dry.
