wright4lfe,

Addresses for the stores you asked about are actually posted on first page of this thread! Fourth or fifth reply on the first page!

Anyone know of a store with a wide selection of bichirs in Socal?

Not looking for the "standard (in my area)" ornate, albino, or senegal!

Thnaks,
Carlos

Rob....... I say we head up to the ones in Los Angeles or in S.D., these in Orange County are great for Swordstails, Platies and Oscars........ we need variety!

Do you know other fish stores around 90745 or 90502. I', primarily looking for a pair of Jaguar and 1 jardini.

Try 405 Tropical in Westminster, they just got some 4" Jar's in stock...... only $24.95. I got my last two from there, healthy aro's.

Tokyo aquarium and Fumi's Tropical fish are VERY worth checking out. They are a bit in the ghetto though. 405 Tropical Fish had some good looking gars. 7 Seas Tropical Fish was pretty good. Tom's Tropical Fish wasn't so exciting. Strictly Fish was very clean and had alot of equipment but the fish were very boring in my opinion (same fish as petsmart). Ocean Blue is pretty interesting, they got some good fish but the people there came off a bit strange in my opinion.

the reef in anaheim off of state college and ocean blue in orange off of Katella have the BEST selection of FW fish i've ever seen, at least in Orange County. i love tongs in FV, but they're 75% SW based. still good people. answered A LOT of my questions when i first got into this hobby/lifestyle/obsession.

Reef Collection closed and became Coral and Fish Center
nice place... but its still being established (new store)

405 is a bit to stuffy for me but they have a semi nice selection of fishes...

there a a bit more small stores that have a steal every once and a while... do you want me to list them too?
