Social Probation , that even legal?

Your motivation to do well in school should be your future success. Just some advice from someone that has worked hard everyday since I graduated. I did well in middle school and high school, but I didn't go to college. I had some problems with my math teacher, so I never learned my algebra or geometry. He just passed me to get me out of there. Went to college and sucked at it.

Looking back I wish I had tried a little harder to do well in math classes. So suck it up. Deal with the social probation and take advantage of the time to study harder. Living well is the best revenge. Don't let them bring you down. Make the best of it.

As far as legality goes sorry.....Until you are 18 the laws of our nation do not really apply to you. Thats why school officials can search lockers without a warrant. Suck it up and prove them wrong. My guess is there is a bit more to the story.....have you ever thought that they are doing this for your own good? Maybe some of your "friends" are a lost cause and they are holding out hope for you! Just a guess....never know!

I already I i have a B in math and straight B's in all my other classes but Spanish that I have a C . Am working hard to raise all my grades to an A but its hard to do good when ur treated like crap. You can't suck this up till the end of summer u know how much hell it is

Exactly how bad are your grades, under 2.0? As long as you are averaging 2.0... He should not be allowed to bar you from going on your field trips. You must be attending private school. And I have never heard of teachers having meeting and voting who can and can not go on trips.

Unfortunately yes.

There is your reason... public school I know will not be allowed to bar anyone from hanging out with anyone at school. Private schools are run independent and have very differnet rules. I don't know what you can do, if I have a kid that gets 3.0 all the time I would be very happy.

You need to work on your English/spelling. But anyway, I think it's kinda cruel. I remember some teachers did cruel crap similar to this to me just cause they didn't like me. Some particular teachers picked on me a lot. I should of told my mom buy never did. I believe you deserve some kind of punishment/restriction to get your grades/behavior up, but the way they are doing it sounds really unfair and cruel.

^What would thatdo? I could talk to the princeable directly and superintendent. But I want to also tell this guy up front that its not fair but I don't know how.

Usually VPs are just the Principal's enforcers. I suggested going to the super because the principal probably agrees with the sanction.
