I remember Gigging through ice holes for pike in minnesota as a kid. I loved ice fishing other than freezing my butt off

Now that looks like a fun trip! Cabin fever is killing me and of course it's another 4 months until FW Drum season, at least there's trout until then

Divemaster you're in PA if I remember correctly right? You have FW drum up there?
We have them around here. They're mainly bow targets though.
I know the torture having to wait. Our house is on a great trout and salmon Lake up here. BUT fishing is closed November- 3rd Sunday in April. It keeps the populations healthy and the boat traffic down in the winter but man, so hard to not drop a line in!
