very nice! local lfs here has a big one but way overm priced imo, and not the healthiest looking. he looks amazing!
 
Oh man. If I push my finger flush against the tub he tries to eat it, and there is an audible "thwap!" when his beak hits the plastic. And I feel it. This fish is NO JOKE. Tryna get more pics without losing fingers...

To give some sense of what a mess a pig like this makes, this is day 2 and this is what I pulled out of just the first bucket siphoning. Did a 40% WC on day 2, heh. Happy he won't have to stay in quarantine forever, cause it's not easy maintaining a 14'' puffer in 20g of water!

Nice puffer! I hope that table is stronger than it looks. I'd never try that in San Diego. Even a small quake could cause a failure.

Yeah, our earthquakes are pretty uncommon/weak in NYC. And the table is legit, I've had over 30g of water in tanks on it before and that tub would be 21g if totally full.
