It doesn't seem that thin. I've always heard the back of the ray has protruding bones, but it still seems well rounded.

This morning another crawler gone so I through another in and this time he came found it and ate it! Things are looking up!

Just an update, he pulled through! Everything seems to be fine now. He is feeding well on crawlers and minnows. Long term want to get him on other foods as well though.
All disc injuries seem to be healing as well. Thanks again to all for the help!

So if you import a ray, should you dose the ray with prazi pro to stem off an infection a few weeks in the making?

Well I'm no expert, but the prazi pro is for internal parasites. I was told that it was good to use on occasion. It also seems to increase the rays appetite. Worked for me...

Can these internal parasites be passed on to other stingray as everything. Was fine until I introduce a new wc ray then she died within. 2 days then another ray got the hole in the forehead then died next day and now the third has dent in forehead

I don't know if it can be spread from one to another or not, but I would tend to think not. I think internal parasites are often consumed where as external are spread through the water and contact. Expert help would be good here.
Try to get it feeding on worms put one in until it disappears. The process started slow for me, but once he started eating he got gradually better.
