It's best to keep them separated until they pair off. Your two look to be both females. At 3-4", they will be distinct in coloration. There's no question about males and females at that size. The males will be white and the females will look like yours.
I ended up with 3 females and 1 male from the 4 I bought from Jeff Rapps. I'd like to find at least one more male around 5" to pair another of the females off with.
All of my females are constantly at each other. I finally put the male in the divider between two of them to see which one he ends up with. They are in a 75 with 3 dividers in it.
