Gulper cat

well, im feeling like I want a TSNxRTC hybrid. I talked to a guy at the LFS that I really trust and he said it would take 2 years to reach a foot and thats a stretch. I will still be doing plenty of research and double checking my research. I still want to know how big RTCxTSN get, I have heard anything from 18" to 30". Gulpers are BA but are major bioloaders. hahaha

a TSNXRTC will reach a foot within 8 months, and they get 36"+ easily. I have never heard of a RTCXTSN that was 18" unless it was severely stunted

raphaels hide too much, haha. how big to gulpers get?

I wouldn't say mine hide really
depends on the conditions you put them under I guess

FYI, in a year and a half, my RTCxTSN hit 26.5". He's going to be 36" in probably another 14 months or so. They get not just long, but massively thick. A RTCxTSN in a 75gallon would be flat animal cruelty. I'm sure we can all find you something else that you could really enjoy.

Truthfully, nothing will be the same. However, there are things that will be great but just different. And, different is definitely something good. I'm gonna think about it. I have a couple ideas, but before I throw them out there, I want to do some research. No matter what you decide on, make sure your filtration is heavy duty. Some of what I may be recommending will be quite special order, but not necessarily insanely expensive. Do you have access to really special order or do I need to recommend stuff that is slightly more common? I would consider a TSN or RTCxTSN fairly common.
