Welp, for me, I am 135, and 13, and I am 5’5”. the doctor said 91% of people are below me :(. I don’t think I have a good diet, because I exercise almost every day. Competitive soccer (football for non-Americans) for 2 hours today.

The doctor can shove his medical license up his butt, 135 at 5’5” is good.

A lot of kids near me are WAYYYY skinnier, so I always am self-concsius about me weight. Only one person I know who weighs more than me is a 5’9” kid in My school

I have no idea how that’s possible. I know there are like 5’3” 93 pound freshman girls but anything less than say 140 on a 5’5” guy can’t be good. I know my brother who’s 5’6” was very skinny at 140 in high school and he looks normal at about 170 now.

Ugh, the treadmill is so loud and annoying, and I have nowhere to put my phone so all I can do is listen to music or a story online while going the same speed while staring at a wall -_-

Also I am 202.4 so yeah, not bad however I did go the wrong direction. Not too much though, much better than being at 220 :popcorn:

Also I am 202.4 so yeah, not bad however I did go the wrong direction. Not too much though, much better than being at 220 :popcorn:
That's within saving distance. Do you have a bike?

I do indeed, haven’t used it in 3-4 years and the tires and brake lines are broken and it would cost more to fix it than it would to buy a new one, but yes, I do lol.

Sad thing is that my decline with my weight started off with me skipping a day of tracking my food intake which led to another and another and now like a month. I’ll be starting up now.

Keep at it man, even if you derail it's good to get back on ASAP. Cycling is a really good way to get some cardio in without killing your joints
