Once I move I’ll scout out the nearby areas to see if any areas are suitable for walking or biking. Also Hendre I moved my group of knives to a 75 gallon.

My scale at home is crap, went to the doctors today and was weighed, 198 :naughty: .

I also went to the doctor yesterday, I'm in at 178lbs, 6'4", low blood pressure (too low to donate, eek) and otherwise healthy.

Will perhaps cycle again later. It's far nicer than running

Why is your blood pressure so low? If you get cut will it bleed more as a result of it being so low? ?


Also does anyone know what the oxygen saturation and respiration mean?

No idea. Does mean I get pretty faint when I do donate blood, well when it was a tad higher.

Oxygen saturation is how much of the O2 capacity your blood is at, and respiration is the number of times you breathe per minute I'm assuming. And I'm guessing the HR is resting. I got so chill in that chair that it dropped to 51

Yes, you'll be the same weight but don't forget, Hendre Hendre is 11 inches taller than you!!! That height to weight ratio counts considerably in determining whether someone is a healthy weight.

I'm 5ft 9". If you stood us all together we'd be like human steps, lol.

Yes, I agree, Brian has taken steps to get in shape, and he's doing great so far. But it's just so damn hard to keep with it, as he's finding out. It's more about self determination and mental strength in your brain than whether your body is actually up to the task.

And starting out from couch potato level, well, I can only imagine, it must hurt like hell. Even I hurt bad at times, and i'm fit. No wonder people give the fitness thing a try, and give up miserably, slouching back into their sedentary ways.

But the long term benefits are well documented, it's a real shame that people give up.

My goal weight has been 170 for the longest time as that weight is what I previously would have me skinny like I want but I am thinking that I’ll have to actually go down to 150 or 140 even to get the look I want.

I’m a midget basically lol, on the bright side most girls are the same height as me so that’s nice.
