Started the Ray pond this week

The filter is a 2000, I picked up new 1000, 2000, 4000 for $450. I was a pretty happy fish pond builder at the time.

I can't wait to put the ray in there. need to get that eco system established. I just woked up and checked to see if there was any water on the floor and everything is the way it should be. lots of the little goldfish are stuck on the intake, but that is ok.

Today I am going to rinse out some of my filters in the water. I added some seachem Prime and about 6 house later I added some seachem stability.

as for if I like the ultima bio filter. I can't say I just hooked it up. I heard good things about them though.

I have a 10 micron bag in the mechanical filter .

I am going to put together a list of things that worked and things that didn't in the diy section in the next week. there are many things I did right and many things I could have done better.
