The sides are 1.25" acrylic. Here's a picture with the new aquascape. Starting to look much more complete.

Thanks. UV filter is working great, keeping the water crystal clear. Picked up 7 more cichlids today, and next up is to install an auto top-off system followed by skinning stand and building canopy.
Finally got time today to work on the tank. The driftwood shifted in the tank, so I ended up rearranging some. Also installed the auto top-off controller and rerouted all the electrical lines. Unfortunately I found one fish dead a couple hours after finishing, probably from moving rocks....one of the newer guys too, hopefully no one else got hurt.
