Look at politics, the U.S. sold Saddam chemical weapons during the Reagan administration and then years later used the fact he had possession of them to help build justifiable reasoning to invade Iraq (in addition to the WMD's, 9/11, etc.)

true that things are always changing but one thing will never change and that is war. wars are going to happen until the end of time itself.
its a shame really but when people learn to respect boundaries and borders. maybe wars will be less frequent.
