Are rays like tattoos and women?

Do you mean Painful to have? LOL

I have 1 marble Motoro 10" and a Pearl 13"

I feed mainly Massivore or Carnivore padded out with other sinking pellets and get through about £25 per month

The fozen Krill, Sprats, Whitebait and Mussel are about £12 per month

Worms and other £3

I feed twice per day, 7 days a week.


I hope this thread will show some costs for Full Grown female Motoros or Large Leos as a breeding female must cost a fortune...a bit like my wife! (I meen my wife is costly to keep, she is cheap to feed unless she books the 4 seasons hotel for dinner!)...oddly wives are expensive when you decide not to keep them too!

Even though they are pains, once you have one, you want more - I figured it's the same with rays. LOL

2x 5-6" BD/Leos
1x 8-9" Flower
1x 12" Marble/Motoro

Appx 4lbs Tilapia, 4lbs Market Prawn, Appx 200 Nightcrawlers as a staple diet. Then
throw in occassional, muscles, catfish and silversides and an occasion serving of pellets.
So appx 60 bucks a month at this point.
1 feeding per day on the larger rays and 2-3 feedings a day on the pups with at least one
fasting day per week.

- 80% Hikari Massivore, 20% MP

- Massivore 2-3 lbs/month, MP 1-2lbs/month

- Massivore once daily, MP once every 1 1/2 weeks or thereabouts..

I know rays can get much bigger by more feeding per day and other varieties like talipia, squids, other fish and such...I like to keep mind on Massivore...

Hi,
I have 1 10'' retic male. So far he'll only eat nightcrawlers. I feed 10 per day. Runs about $70/month. Also, 4 days a week I inject a worm with some vitamins.

not exactly sure but im guessing about $200 bucks a month. i feed shrimp, smelt, and earthworms. about 2lbs of food per day

females are the ones that break your wallet. i would say my females eat about twice as much as my males, especially when prego
