not exactly sure but im guessing about $200 bucks a month. i feed shrimp, smelt, and earthworms. about 2lbs of food per day

females are the ones that break your wallet. i would say my females eat about twice as much as my males, especially when prego

dang why havent we seen all these great rays??? post em up lol

edit: i just searched all your threads. great lookin group!!

Told them this Dirty Sanchez Character is flying under the radar, what he isn't telling
you is what the 3 miscellaneous rays are.:ROFL::D

I'm probobly around the $200 and climbing per month group. This gel stuff seems to be making the food stretch, but likely cause they aren't used to it or I put too much unknown food in it.

(3) 15-20" adults. (2) 12" (4) 9-10" (2)5-6" All Marbles for now.

I have 4 Motoros (2M and 2 F) and 1 M Retic all are 6" to 9"

I feed them 8lbs Shrimp a month, 2lbs Tilapia, 1lb of black worms and about 1200 earthworms of various size. Because the earthworms come from my manure pile from the horses and donkeys I don't pay anything for them. The rest of my food is about $60.00 a month. I feed two to 3 times a day so I don't mix the foods together. I make sure they eat a variety this way. I am trying to introduce pellets but without much success. Great thread.

i feed my rays about half pound of shrimp per pair dailey ill skip a day here and there i spend about 80.00 a month on my fish foods i have alot of fish though 7 large rays and 12 pbass dats etc,...

I'm a fisherman so I started to catch my own food. Halibut, trout, salmon, rockfish, cod, perch, bass, sunfish. I filet, vacuum seal and deep freeze for about a month. Then thaw, soak in vitamin solution and feed. The deep freeze is to comply with Sashimi standards and "cold cooking" to help kill any parasites and potential infections.
