More shots as requested by Loulou:

Both plecs in view, not a great shot:

Lou requested a full dark shot with tank only lighting, this is a real pain as George's tank is opposite and I didn't want to mess about with the timers and lights etc, you can see the outline of that tank in the reflection:

Here is a poor plan going forward of two more bits of wood, the container at the top is full of moss that I can't decide to add to the tank or not, if it is added it will go on the rocks(slate) at the bottom, I think it will look out of place until if the school of tetras arrive then it should have a place:

This tank is truly amazing to me, not a lot happens when the lights are on but I look back and the fish have somehow moved, Mrs Y put two algae wafers in and nothing happened within 10 minutes of the lights going out both fish were at the bottom attached, I'll keep the bloodworm going in for the L260 anyway, after all it's not a veggie;) Planning another plec to be added in a few weeks followed by a school of something a week or so after

Great shots, my friend :) The tank is getting sweeter and sweeter. :)

Indeed it needs more wood in the back and definitely a black background :) You could also hide the heater behind the wood. ;)

I've tried several times to hide that heater behind the wood, but every time the L260 comes over to investigate and sits on the slate right underneath where I want to add the wood to cover it:irked:

Glad you like the tank, moss or not?:)

I'd love to go monster on this kind of setup it would be so cool, but alas I already have nearly 1000 litres in my living room and no more space:cry::cry:

Well, I guess you'll have to keep trying, right? ;)

Yes, I really love the tank :) And I'm impatient to see it with a black background ;)

About the moss, well I don't think it would be bad to add it ;)

Hmmmm... Moss in a Pleco tank, I can't seem to put my finger on it but for some reason I don't think that's going to work, real well :irked:

For such a small fish that L260 gives me headaches, as usual Mrs Y 'I want that one' when I go and get a fish I know everything about I end up with one I don't and come home and then have to read up and adjust:irked: Although it's been chomping away on algae wafers so:screwy:

If I add a black background to that tank will you promise to never to mention 'black background' in a thread again?
Or blue for that matter:ROFL:

No I don't either for obvious reasons, but the royal is so happy with the huge amount of tannin coming off the wood since I split it, it might work. What else am I suppose to do with it, the discus tank is a :nono: as the low ph kills it and to add it to the GG tank, well with Georgina would take seconds for it disappear, not to forget the pleco in that tank that is never seen let alone bothers to clean the glass;)

Glad you posted a comment on the 'tank of marbles' :) When I refer to that tank to Mrs Y as the 'tank of marbles' she thinks I'm talking about the pebble substrate;)

What kinda moss is this stuff that dies in that extreme Moon PH of yours?

Yes master tequila that's the stuff;) Every time I've tried it in the discus tank it turns brown and dies and whilst I was making my mind up about this tank I got some more because this is good old moon water straight from the tap, now I'm kind off stuck with the stuff. It will either:

Go in this tank and get eaten
Go in George/ina's tank and get eaten
Or go in the discus tank and die

The only other option would be to tie it to twig, put it in a pint glass and see what happens:ROFL:
