On another thread here that says they can vary, some people have had them brown out and some have stayed red. Seems to depend on shows of dominance and mood. I’d link it but since I’m new to the forum I can’t post links yet or I’ll get spam flagged.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their input, I went to the LFS and left it up to fate as to what was around to pick from. I landed with the electric blue jack dempsy for my center piece and 3 red spotted green severum as supporting cast for my stock list coupled with the existing rhino Pleco and Raphael catfish. I think it’s going to make a beautiful color makeup in around 6 months that I’ll be happy with.
