Stupid Questions!

I am a teacher, there are dumb questions... trust me...

also, just because we have asked a common question does not mean that he was saying that your thread was stupid... Everyone takes things to personal. Since the internet has come and people have forums like this people do ask questions that a few mintues of research could answer, or could search here and find the answer... do make excuses for the fact that some people are lazy... I believe he was frustrated by the some questions being asked when if they looked down two posts they would see it...

There is a need for people to look for more, otherwise we will only have the collective knowledge of the group. If we do not research we will not gain new knowledge and the site will die... so in reality by his complaint he has furthered our enjoyment and chances of future enjoyment on this site... so I tip my hat to you sir...

I put a small painted turtle in with my managuense and thought, "heck he's got armor, he'll be alright." A few weeks later the turtle was dead with a half moon bite out of it's side. I'm guessing the turtle had a weak shell from improper diet since I knew nothing about turtles, only feed him mealworms. never do that again

I often like the "what to stock threads". It gives me new ideas of different fish that I haven't thought of to add to my current stock list, or for my future reference. I just get sick of the regular old combinations and I am always interested in some of the new ideas people suggest.
 
i think that sum more stupid things are stock my tank or what fish should i get fer my 75. its ur tank fer f sake. do wat u want. i dont mind the what sa/ca will fit in a 75 because u are doin research.

What is wrong with wanting opinions?
 
Although I havent had the opportunity to post a "what fish should i get" post I do enjoy them. Ive actually learned from them and having lost fish in the past due to bum scoop from LFS workers I always like to see what people are combining. Back when I was noobier I asked questions, here and elsewhere, that might be construed as stupid, and learned alot from the friendly people here. And as for researching instead of asking - I had a heck of a time looking for what my water parameters should be for my GSP. I posted a thread and had a answer in minutes.
