Stupidest Combo of Tankmates You've Done.....

it was not goodI'm sorry to say but some of those posts really made me laugh...geez. Guppy....puffer with angels...oh man...that must've been interestin! LOL!
i had a norther pike, gold piranha, red bellied piranha, needle nose gar, jack, dempsey and a tinfoil barb. all in a 75. it worked out for awhile as long as they were fed everyday.
In my much younger days I had 6" goldfish with some cardinals... The odd thing was, the goldfish never ate the cardinals...
Luckily for my fish, I never got into the bigger more aggressive fish until I got older.

I also work at a petstore, and I had a customer come in and Wal-mart had sold him a 5 gal with an oscar, a comet goldfish, a pictus catfish, a pleco, and some neons!! He very quickly upgraded to a 75 after i told him what would happen and is now looking into an even bigger tank!
my worse combo was keeping my 2.5incher feifeng fish(i bought it at $20!) together in my 4 feet tank with my stingrays and tigrinus catfish, one night i on the light to do a spot check, and saw half the fei feng inside the tigrinus catfish mouth. Quickly saved it and put it in a 2feet tank, but it died a few days later. damm that was one expensive feeder..
this homie I use to know had a uh 15 or uh 20g tank...I think it was a 20..yeh.. a 20....and had like everything in pairs mostly...a couple jack d's..2 tiger oscars...a couple otha SA cichlids...a red tail shark...2 fancy goldfish... and some other shiz..I dont remember everything but it was outta control, thats fo sho!.... so he got these color enhancing pellets and was like, damn, dogg...them tiger oscars are really growin since I started feeding them those pellets, yo.....check it... and I was like, dogg....for real, yo...you gotta get dem fish outta there, ya dig....and hes like, nah, dogg, its all good...look...so I looked 2 weeks later and half of them were dead...then another month and he had just the cichlids..no oscars though..and surprisingly tha goldfish survived longer then some of tha other fishes...then it was down to 3 and hes like got 2 small rocks in there as only decorations and was trying to get them to throw it old skool...I havent seen that homies tank in a couple years so I dont know whats up....oh and he had just an underground filter....and prob didnt do water changes very often.....he was like slow motion for me, slow motion for me...he was a pretty lazy homie..
