So I got some fish for X-mas, actually for the wendsday before X-mas. I was wondering what you guys think about my set-up (on cinder blocks + 2x4s) and of my new fish. Also What species of sturgeon is it? Is it a white, like I was told? Or something else? here is the link to where I ordered it from ->http://www.azgardens.com/p-1154-sturgeon-white-or-acipenser-transmontanus.aspx Also what kind of cichlid? Thanks!
P.S. In that first pic, the albino african cichlid looks like it is holy!

Tempting isnt it? I hope It is a white, they get big, but slow, plus with caviar costing $50/oz:naughty:...

No, I have kept those before. The tail on yours is round, they have long forked tails. I think yours is some kind of peacock cichlid.

Cool! So do you know how big it will get? A foot?

I'm pretty sure it's some sort of mbuna. Will probably end up around 4 or 5"

Also, I'm fairly sure that's a white. Their growth will slow after a while, but the first foot or so is quick! What size tank is it in now?

Sturgeon is a white, his tank circles making you dizzy yet? haha

Cool. If your right about it being 6" approx andyjs, then I may get more. I love albinos.
It seems that everyone agrees that the sturgeon is a white, which is good because that is the one I researched.
btw rockbass6, its very dissying. he kinda stays at on end, and the mollies stay at the other one.
The reason I got the mollies is so they might breed, and give the sturgeon food. Do you think this will work in cold water?
