Thank you.The optimal flow for an Ultima II 2000 is 2,000 gph at 10' of head. A ReeFlo Yellow Tail has 2120 gph at 10' head. The ReeFlo Super Dart/Snapper Gold pump has 1850 gph (super dart). Either pump would work with the Ultima II 2000.
JK47 ?Thank you.
Will thesenoumps be able to send the backflush water out through a 150’ of hose to my backyard garden? Or would it be better to get a more powerful pump and dial it back when used to run the filter, and then raise the power when backflushing?
Are you going with a 1000 model or 2000? That will be a big difference. I would recommend a dart snapper gold model. Then you have the 4300 GPH to backwash and 2000 GPH range to run it valves back. Reeflo pumps use less electricity and last longer valves back. Few other pumps are like that. I wish I had a bit more juice than 4300 GPH for my 2000 models.Thank you.

You saying the super dart gold isn't enough for your ultima 2000? I just check the reeflo website and it looks like it does 1850gph @10' which is just under the 2,000gph requirement on their website. Are you going with a 1000 model or 2000? Not sure what you mean by this. I think JK47 does something like this where he is running a submersible pump in the tank that is connected to an ultima.
I plan on getting the 2000 model and run that with the sump. I like the idea of the dart snapper gold and will go with that. Are you going with a 1000 model or 2000? That will be a big difference.
