once i get it how do i get the overflow tubes to fit in?

i found this in the closet, obviously the top is cracked so i cant use it but i am really liking the idea of a 3 level sump. how do i keep the individual drawers from overflowing btw?

thanks for all of the help miguel i love the cichlid forum link!
i think i will do that get a small drawer system and build a pvc stand for it and then it drains from the bottom down into a rubbermaid
