Have you tested your water?
Yes
If I did not test my water...
  1. ...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
What percentage of water do you change?
61-70%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every week
If I do not change my water...

My fish has been twitching occasionally since one week and today while changing the water i noticed swelling around his eye and some velvety growth on his head.
What all treatment should i add along with raising water temperature and some aquarium salt

Have you feeding live feeders? If so, type & from what source?
Aquarium salt is a gimmick. It’s just salt. I buy this from Home Depot in the US for $9. It’s 99.8% pure sodium chloride.
Not sure about other meds 🤷🏻‍♂️

I use epsom salt
And i m not feeding him live his staple diet are arowana pellets
Ok good to know. Many folks have got cross contamination from infected feeders.
Your post said aquarium salt. But ok. Epsom salt is for internal/intestinal problems, not slime coat & potential bacterial problems. You need to use salt.
I would do a series of large water changes, like 60% every 2 days to reduce the bacterial counts in your system and replace the salt w every change to keep the concentration consistent for 2 weeks.
If I were to take a stab at an antibiotic I’d suggest pure kanamycin.

I have never kept aro's before, but I have kept discus and I have dosed 1tbsp/1gallon in a critical cross contamination issue they tolerated it. I would prob use 1tbsp/5gal to begin with as this will increase the osmotic pressure enough to disrupt the life cycle of any bacteria in your water column.
If you can dose the kanamycin w the salt that would be best.
