I'm about to introduce my 10" L27 to a 13" one but this thread scares me. I plan on redecorating before the move and adding even more driftwood. We'll see how they get a long.

Job well done.

I've only had luck bringing 1 pleco back from death when it was that far gone. He jumped out of the tank and was very dried up. After sticking him back in the tank, his fins rotted off but then grew back. I had him for a few more years. I think I traded him to a LFS (they wanted a 12+ inch pleco)

Wouldn't have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes. I thought this thing was a goner for sure, especially after topping off his travel container with straight tap water out of a men's room HAHA
