Swine Flu

Gawd......... I just hate it how people get all worked up over crap like this when a relative handful of people die while drunk driving kills tens of thousands every year.....year after year.

......ditto cigarettes
......ditto Type II diabetes (thanks to fat America!)

......ditto all the other largely CONTROLLABLE causes of illness and death. I just can't get interested in the swine, avian, or any other flu at the moment. Sorry!


DISCLAMER! Now, that's not to say the swine flu doesn't have tragic consequences. I just grow tired of the media blitz around such things while ALL of us know people who've died from some of the other things I mentioned above.
