I honestly don't see how putting up such awesome mice videos turned into a political/moral debate. I don't believe I've done anything wrong and my views are mine regardless. Thanks for the awesome vids

This started when people said they enjoy watching live feeding which is messed. It's like someone feeding a dog to a python wouldn't you feel sorry? A rat is just as smart as a dog, has personality too. Do you see my point of view? Feeding dogs and cats to animals is against the law but not rats, mice, rabbits and ect? It is ludicrous.

Guys, everybody is entitled to their opinion. So please keep it on a level tone :)

Personal insults are not going to take this thread in a productive direction. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but once it is said, you have to move on. Not everyone will agree on everything all the time. I think we have an interesting dicussion going on, but let's leave the personal attacks out of it and discuss it rationally.

Again, morals aside; I have to disagree with you.

1: You're risking significant damage to your snake. A live rodent can seriously injury a snake.
2: I believe most feeder rodents are killed quickly/humanely (with CO2) prior to being frozen.
3: How you or a rodent dies (I think personally) matters. I'd rather die asphyxiating on CO2, then having my ribs slowly broken while my internal organs are being crushed.

1: thats the owners choice if their willing to risk damage to their pet. A nice flick to the noggin does the job.
2: thats what you believe. When your constantly dealing with feeding/killing rats and mice you dont necessarily think about their feelings. Product is product and money is money.
3: From my feeding experiences it may seem like a slow "painful" death but its rather quick.

I didnt buy a boa to completely remove it from its natural instinct/environment. They hunt and kill to survive and thats the way it should be even in captivity. Its a good thing were on the top of the food chain because if we werent, whoever was hunting us probably wouldnt be having a nonsense debate about how theyd kill and eat us

Dogs eat dog food in 'captivity', even though in nature they hunt and kill. So what are you getting out of this? Snakes cannot eat dead mice?

A wild dog is completely different from a domesticated dog. Put a domestic dog in the wild and the wild dogs will kill and eat it. So idk where your really trying to take this debate
