Yep. I'm already on my second floor and the room isn't finished yet. It wasn't water damage though. My dog chased his tail and scarred it all up. We had to accept more laminate as a replacement and I'm not happy with it. It has a fiber core (as in paper fibers). It specifically states that water damage will void the warranty. I also found out that damage from women in high heals will void the warranty too.Burko;2987337; said:

Hardwood doesnt behave this way. Trees and decks and houses stand up to the weather well.
Man made fibres pretending to be wood with a thin laminate of real wood, mayhap.
My hardwood floor is 90% paper-mache...salesmen gota love um.

if you are really worried about your floor, then you should put it in your garage.

I had 2 10 gallons leak on me before, but it was nothing big since I caught it just in time + I think it is because of the thin glass.

lmao, quite the comparison you managed to make there. for a start trees have bark and even when they have breaks in that armour they are alive, much like your skin it adapts to what is thrown at it. skins dries out and soaks up water when its dead too. decks and housing woods are treated and coated to withstand the elements.

Chances of tanks cracking or breaking if made right is pretty much not going to happen
this tank I am using was pre-owned lol my parents owned it when I was young and they
bought it from some one else a so its over 20 years old I believe...
