^ Why would you put a QT tank on the back of a toilet? Of course it'll fall off o.O

i have no space..and it has been up there for almost a year...
it normally sits on a towel...and well someone took the towel to wash it and the tank fell, Im assuming it was not pushed back all the way when they moved the tank witch is small and fit on top of it just fine.

240 popped a center brace during the day. I got home around 9 pm and noticed immediately. spent the next 3 hours rearranging fish. I drained the tank down to the point where the glass was where it was supposed to be. I took the next day off and repaired the brace. My three rays rode out the whole repair on an fx5 and a 405. I let the silicone dry for three days . Its been about a month And all seems good I think it was just old seal that let go.

Had a ten gal. One month old. Probed a snowboard up onbthe wall next to it. Snowboard fell into the tank and shattered it. Lost 5 gallons onto the floor. Luckly no fish in it.

125 just randomly exploded one morning. It was a 5 week old tank. Fortunately I was home and managed to save most of the fish.

oh yeah and when i was a kid my dad had this big flathead catfish he caught in a 125. it got pissed or sometthin and slammed into the side. when we got home he was dead on the floor:( glass and water everywhere

all these stories of tanks breaking makes me nervous.

I had an Odyssea cfs500 cacnister filter break from getting clogged (my fault) and dump 15 gallons of water that went under a hardwood laminate floor. had to take up the floor and replace the underlayment. whole thing cost me about $80 for the underlayment and 2 days labor.
