Is there any Polypterus I can keep in a 60gal long term for their entire life? I have an Endlicheri i believe. And (she) has been with me for maybe 2 months? Got her when she was probably 2.5/3inches. She has to be 6inches at least right now, she seems she doubles in thickness and length every week???. I know i gotta either sell her or get a bigger tank (most likely gunna have to sell). But i really like them, im wondering if theres a smaller species

Okk soo senegalus, P. Delhezi are the “smallest” would they be able to live awhile in a 60gal? The width is 12.75 idk the height and length bc im not home rn
Those are your best bet.....They stay smaller and grow slowly once they reach about 8".

Senegalus should be fine in a 60 gallon
Wouldn't keep the larger species like endlicheri in there though
Thats what i have now and it turned into a beast in a few weeks, when are the considered too big for thw 60gal? Like 10-12inches?

Before long it will barely have time to turn around, I would rehome it. Personally I would not keep a sen in a 12" wide tank, they are quite busy.
