yumyumyum.....all the talk about eatin fish on here lately led me to grab some tilapia at the local market.... $ 0.39 a pound is cheap as hell and i couldnt resist. i brought it home and heated the oven to 420 got out the baking dish put in a tiny dab of extra virgin olive oil......marinated the filets in terriyaki marinade and baked for 11 mins.......to go with that i made some super rice.......you take a can of cream of chicken soup and add a can of water to it...once boiling remove from heat and add a can of rice....cover and let stand for 10 mins.......good stuff. try it.....and along with that i made a little bit of garlic bread.......what a night......hahahah. :naughty:

hang on ill snap a pic of the last filet and bit of rice on my plate right now!!!!!!! :headbang2ok they are in the gallery TRUST. no cool cleaning pics this time though. sorry fellas!!!

Nothing like the tender meat of the talapia. Broiled or deep fried and salted is good enough for me.. Eat it with some diced tomato and awe yeah.. thems be good eats.

If you can find fillet talapia, they make for killer beer battered fish fillets.

I prefer KOI fillets. Lightly breaded and fryed in butter. With french fryes on the side, plenty of ketchup!!! Its kinda an expensive dinner, so I been stealin them from my neighbours pond. In the morning he says dam dos b as tard cats eatin my KOI.

try coating the tilapia with texas pete hot sauce add some cajun seasoning and fry in pan with butter also some franks red hot. tastes really good if you like spicy food
