I'll try to grab some headshots today as well.
I've read that teugs pattern remains relatively constant over different substrates. Mine is very dark right now in the heavily planted setup. Wonder if that will change much once she graduates to the bigger tank with pfs. Something I'll document as well, more for my own info though

Yes that would be a good observation (teug on pfs) im thinking it wont make a big difference.
Amazing pic of the teug man. I can't wait for mine to get that big. Yours head shape seems to be significantly different than my teug's? thats odd
It does seem to have a stubbier snout. Great pattern! looks good! Mine is pretty shy ill try and get some head shots, if you can see the tiny thing.

Im actually liking the patterns on the cb teugs better they look more red/maroon than the wc
Yeah, but yours' patterns are so nice and consistent, more like bands / stripes than less organized spotted areas.
