Most definitely paired up.... And good looking pair!
I would suggest 10-15% water change topped up with water a couple of degrees cooler than the tank temperature. Sometimes that is known to induce breeding in cichlids. Also keeping them well fed is another trick.
As for the tank mates, a divider or heavy duty hiding space on the other side is needed, not only for them to survive in the tank, but also for the pair to do their thing in relative peace.

Red devil is making me nervous, she's been laying on the bottom by the drift wood looking stressed, kind of leaning against it, breathing heavystarting to think its more like harassment instead of breeding
