When you take the pics you should turn off the flash and the room light and only use tank lighting.

The flash makes the green color of the carpintis look gold

Not at all this fish is healthy.... those tiny spots are just some bubles produced by the power head and somehow those tiny bubbles stck on fish when he comes near to the current carried with bubbles. My tank is free from protozoa.
