Its a nuchal hump or head. It was that before it was ever a "kok". Take your kok talk to Thailand where it isnt lost in translation and appearing as a homosex invitation.

Honestly a joke is a joke either way ya look at it, sexual in nature or not. Your the only one in this thread making a big deal about it. If you feel so strongly about it talk to a moderator, don't just sit here and vent about it to the rest of us.

To be clear, the original sir mixalot song that was referenced said "butts". Its not as if you HAVE to construe twentyleagues version as containing a homophone for an expletive (or any kind of homo-reference at all), but plays equally well with the correctly pronounced "coke", which is universally accepted as synonymous with a cichlids nuchal hump in the wide wide world of fishkeeping.

Like i said its pretty well accepted in fishkeeping...everywhere. its like "faux pas" or "et cetera". not once have i ever construed anything negative from it and i dont speak anything but english. i imagine in a vertebrate paleontology course it would be called nuchal hump...i just dont see what the big deal is.
