Pharaoh built the stand so I can't take credit, I did add two small braces last night though, I'll add pics later on.

Here is what I am picking up after work today ^^^.

It says it is poisonous but I imagine that is for liability reasons. I can only assume once cured it should be OK... If not I guess we'll find out, I'm not really sure what else I could try. I also looked at all the different Epoxy kits they have online and they all say poisonous, but this one states it sticks to Acrylic so it's the one I am getting.
I don't know about the loctite epoxy being poisonous, but I've used it in non-aquaria applications and it sucks big time. After properly following all directions and letting it cure to the full extent, I had no problem ripping apart the two items I had epoxied together by hand. I'd look for a stronger one if possible.

Interesting, Loctite is a good brand to my knowledge. I've used Red and Blue Loctite for bolts when putting together engines for years.

Did you used this specific Plastic type and was it on something Acrylic? Or different scenario all together and it just happened to be Loctite brand?

- and I am not not worried about strength, it isn't holding anything together. I just plan to put a small bead all the way around the small acrylic scrap I covered the chip with to hopefully seal it up completely if it was indeed still dripping. I am not even sure if it was though.

Why would one of the Indy guys sell a tank like this? I will no longer use the term Doing it Indy Style!

He never filled it, so he didn't know if it leaked. And I was shown the imperfection, so it's not like it was kept hidden. I just thought it would be an easier fix than it's turning out to be. However as I said before I am not even 100% positive it is still leaking. I am sick currently so I may or may not mess with it when I get off work today.

I wouldn't mess around with anything but Weld On when it comes to acrylic.

I think the stuff I use is #16. Never had a single patch leak.

Possible bulk head leaking?

Some of the stands I have built do have slight lowlevels that allow water to wick in between the tank and the foam or foam and the stand. Spill a little down the front or a small bulkhead leak in the back and water ends up down there and low and behold a day or 2 after filling a wet spot appears..... BLAST! a leak..... OR is it?

I've only got WeldOn 4 on hand, anything else I would have to order. I am considering a few different options at this point, including just filling it up again. no bulkhead leaks at all but I did spill water on the back of the tank and it is VERY possible it just made it's way between the tank and foam, making me think it was still leaking when in reality it was not. The moment the tank drained I slid it back and there was not a drip coming out of the chip at all, so I am starting to think I am just paranoid and there is no issue at all. The patch looks good from underneath, there are some air bubbles it's solid and I don't see how water would be getting through...

Here is my ghetto no money fix. I took a piece of scrap acrylic and went to town with the bench grinder to make shavings. I held the cup below to catch as many as I could. Then poured them onto a plate and covered in weld on 4. I mixed it up into a soupy weld on 16 like goo and globbed it on. It shrank a fair amount but the actual bead I made looks pretty good. Here is the ghetto fix, quick cam phone pic...

And yes it's water in there, I was to lazy to dry it completely. But the area I worked on was dried.
