This is the first step guys...expect there to be A LOT more legislation thrown at us now... knowing that they can get away with it..... wont be long before we see retics... boas... and then ball pythons added to that list.... snakes in general will be attacked soon and then they will move onto other reptiles and eventually other animals... this is their agenda.
do not be fooled into thinking this bill is about environmental impact or "dangerous" pets. It's not. It's about a loud group of people forcing their way onto others....

^Not sure how one would go about "neutering" a snake.. Considering how few competent vets there are.. And a fair number of snakes are bought for the purpose of breeding... No, that would never work.

To put it plainly, we're all screwed at this point.

Because they're having their pockets lined by PETA and the HSUS to not allow anything period..

It ridiculous to outright ban for any sort of animal or to require the spaying/neutering of some animals (reptiles, amphibians, etc.); it's unnecessary and doesn't help conservation in most cases.

I would say that cats and dogs should all be spayed/neutered and tightly controlled because of the enormous negative effect that they have on the environment not to mention the fatalities that they cause; the number of unwanted/accidental young produced yearly is quite high and further contributes tl damaging the environment when they are released. The effect from large snakes is miniscule in comparison to the cute & cuddly destroyers of nature some people refer to as "normal pets," and their ability to reproduce and take over is pretty terrible when compared to the birth rate of dogs and cats.

I wish people would do their research before putting stupid accusations. Especially with the general offence against all things slithery or slimy...
Its biased, inherent nonsense.
