im still going with gar..since i had 1 that i could hand feed no prob with shrimp..and never bit me once.as for aros they bite the hand that feeds them..haha
also..i see aros from gold to black and every other color around my lfs...i hear there sold at petco now also???lmao

I have an aro community--with a pair of gar . I have 2 silvers in with a spotted and a florida gar. Love both the aros and gars but if I could only keep one pair it would be the aros.

Never seen an arowana sold at petco

I may have been a bit sarcastic... i actually went to 405 fish today and he had like 30 1-3 inch silver aro baby's and some golds..
but i couldn't find my self to think there cool..i stared at them for like 20 mins waiting for the aros to get cool but....never happenedlol

lol. you will really appreciate a silver aro once you see one over 24inches.
